We start with a short, paid discovery — mapping the flows, naming what’s out of scope, and putting a real number against the work. You walk away with a written plan you own, whether or not you hire us.

Then we build in two-week cycles against a backlog you can see. Every cycle ends with something you can install on your own phone and a plain note on what changed. No status theatre.

Ship
When it’s ready, we handle store submissions, the production setup and the handover docs — with every credential issued in your name. The repository has been yours since commit one.
